The city of Sioux Falls having, through its proper officers, entered into a contract for the paving of part of one of its streets, plaintiff, who owned property adjacent thereto, *81brought this action against the city, its officers, and the paving company, with whom the city had contracted, asking that the contract be declared void, and that a permanent injunction issue; she also sought an injunction pendente lite, and it is from an order denying same that this appeal was taken.
