Peter Vincent DeRocehis and Judith DeRocchis, his wife, the appellants, sued Mr. DeRocchis’ employer, Matlack, Inc., and Leo Boats for respiratory injuries which Mr. DeRocchis claimed he sustained as a result of being exposed to tolulene diisocyanate in the course of his employment from 1972 until the time of the filing of the complaint. 2 The Circuit Court of Marshall County awarded the defendants summary judgment on the ground that the DeRocehises’ action was barred by the statute of limitations.
