B.L. of Miami, Inc. (“Debtor”) filed its Chapter 11 petition on April 28, 2003. Following the filing of Debtor’s Motion to Extend Time to File Schedules and Statements, the court reviewed the petition and pleadings, and on May 16, sua sponte, issued an Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) why the case was properly venued in Reno, Nevada, in the unofficial northern division of the District of Nevada.
