OPINION AND ORDER
MORGAN, District Judge.
This matter came before the Court on October 1, 1992. The Bankruptcy Court had entered an Order on June 24, 1992 denying creditor Northwest Savings Bank’s [hereinafter “Northwest”] Motion to Dismiss or Transfer Venue. The Bankruptcy Court subsequently issued an Order Denying Reconsideration of that decision. Northwest filed a Notice of Appeal, and Creditor Dominion Bank, National Association [hereinafter “Dominion”] filed a Notice Of Cross Appeal to the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
