This appeal arises from a summary judgment granted defendant Thorp Finance Corporation against a group of business firms seeking to foreclose mechanics’ liens against premises owned by defendant Delta Recreation Corporation. Peninsula Construction & Supply Company was tbe prime contractor on tbe building, a bowling alley, and Tborp Finance is tbe assignee of a mortgage given by the owner to the contractor as security for payment.
