Pro se Plaintiff Daniel Ross filed this suit against the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and individual officers of both agencies (collectively “Defendants”), alleging various constitutional, employment discrimination, and state tort causes of action, as well as claims under federal law related to his inability to purchase a firearm.
