Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Nationwide”) has brought this action seeking a declaratory judgment of its legal obligations under the uninsured/underinsured motorist endorsement to an automobile insurance policy which it issued to An drew Allison Wendler. Nationwide has named as defendants Wendler and Lawrence M. Kownacki, both in his individual capacity and in his capacity as personal representative of the estates of Rose Elaine Kownacki and Abigail Rose Kownacki.
