In this action for declaratory relief, plaintiffs, who are property owners in the subdivision known as “Del Mar Terrace” in San Diego County, seek a judgment determining the meaning of and the relative rights and obligations of the parties under a 1920 contract which the city made with plaintiffs’ predecessor, the J. D. Millar Realty Company.
