OPINION

COLE, Circuit Judge.

Olen E. Hutchison, a Tennessee prisoner under sentence of death, sought habeas corpus relief in federal district court. Following briefing and oral argument, the district court denied Hutchison’s petition and entered summary judgment for the warden, Ricky Bell.
