OPINION

ALICE M. BATCHELDER, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner John Fautenberry (“Fauten-berry”), a prisoner in the state of Ohio awaiting execution, appeals the district *620court’s denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Fautenberry raises eight issues on appeal. Finding no merit in any of them, we AFFIRM the judgment of the district court.
