This is an interlocutory appeal filed by the State of Missouri (State) pursuant to section 547.200.1, 1 appealing the Circuit Court of Randolph County’s (motion court) order sustaining Michael Peery’s (Peery) motion to suppress evidence recovered during the police’s search of his vehicle on the basis that the search violated the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
