Quintín C. Gray, Sr. (“Gray”) appeals from the motion court’s denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief. Gray first contends that the motion court erred in denying his motion for post-conviction re*379lief without an evidentiary hearing because trial counsel was ineffective by failing to preserve for appellate review the issue of whether his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures was violated.
