MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN C. MINAHAN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding the Conservator for Estella Burgess, the mother of the co-debtor, Curtis Burgess, seeks to establish that the debtors are not discharged from obligations to Estella Burgess. The Conservator asserts that between 1983 and 1986 Curtis Burgess and Roberta Burgess caused certain property of Estella Burgess to be transferred from her estate to and for the benefit of Curtis Burgess and Roberta Burgess personally.
