This case is before the court on a petition by the State of Wisconsin for review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, dated January 26,1994, which reversed two judgments of conviction entered against the defendant, Meril L. Grinder (Grinder), by the circuit court for Walworth County, Robert J. Kennedy, Circuit Judge.
