MANTON, Circuit Judge.

These actions were tried together, and will be considered in one opinion.

The first patent, No. 1,313,232, was issued to Speekerman on August 12, 1919, on an application filed June 30, 1917, and relates to a flat double package made of paper and cloth containing powdered borax; the container is stitched longitudinally to hold the powdered borax in position within the coverings or envelopes.
