The defendant, Jose Diaz, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (2), criminal mischief in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-117 (a) (1), and larceny in the sixth degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-119 and 53a-125b (a).
