This is an action instituted on certain written commission agreements with relation to the sale of real estate and to reform the same and enforce payment thereon as reformed.
The plaintiff, respondent, is the Cook-Reynolds Company, a corporation, and the defendant, appellant, is O. F. Beyer, as trustee for the Bankers Loan & Mortgage Company, a corporation, the Commercial National Bank of Fond du Lae, Wisconsin, a banking corporation, and Hattie B.
