Before us for disposition in our original jurisdiction are the preliminary objections of Respondents the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) to the amended petition for review for mandamus and injunctive relief filed by pro se Petitioner Steven R.
