Plaintiff PolyGram Group Distribution, Inc. (“PolyGram”), of Indianapolis, Indiana, distributes audio and video products for and on behalf of PolyGram records, Inc., and other affiliates. Defendant Transus, Inc. (“Transus”), is a Georgia corporation in the business of transporting and delivering freight throughout the United States.
