On July 8, 1942, Charles Eisler, hereafter known as the appellant, filed in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City an amended bill of complaint against Eastern States Corporation, hereafter known .as the appellee. On July 20, 1942, the appellant filed in the same case a petition to examine the corporate books and records of the appellee, under Discovery Rule 4 of the General Rules of Practice and Procedure.
