These are consolidated proceedings to review the 1974 through 1978 assessments on real property pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law.
The property is known as Town 'N Country Condominiums and is located at Thiells-Mount Ivy Road in the Town of Haverstraw. The subject property is improved with 39 buildings containing 390 single-family condominium dwelling units, and there is a separate recreation building containing facilities for the use of the condominium owners.
