Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for public indecency, ORS 163.465; second-degree disorderly conduct, ORS 166.025; and interfering with public transportation, ORS 166.116. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motions for judgments of acquittal of the latter two crimes because his conduct did not create a physically offensive condition, which the state was required to prove to convict him of those crimes.
