Plaintiffs, Bill Casey and Kay Casey, appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Union County entered on jury verdicts in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant, Roy Pohlman. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Bill Casey in the amount of $57,000 reduced by 40% for plaintiff’s contributory negligence. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Kay Casey but awarded her no damages for her loss of consortium claim.
