The plaintiff Rocco Musorofiti (plaintiff husband) appeals from the judgment rendered following the denial of his motion for an additur or to set aside as to damages only a jury verdict in his favor against the defendants, Judith A. Vlcek and Ralph Vlcek, on his negligence claim. The plaintiff Barbara Musorofiti (plaintiff wife) appeals from the judgment in favor of the defendants as to her loss of consortium claim.
