This matter arises on the Motion of Defendants State of Arizona, Detective John Bottoms, Detective Jennifer Pinnow, and Sargent (retired) Robert Holley (“the State defendants” collectively) for Summary Judgement Based Upon Qualified Immunity (document # 31).
