MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PETTINE, Chief Judge.
In a written opinion of July 8, 1975, in this matter, Rhode Island Committee on Energy v. General Services Administration, 397 F.Supp. 41, this Court concluded that the defendants must be “enjoined from taking any further action with regard to the proposed disposal to Narragansett [Electric Company] until they have . . . filed a final EIS [Environmental Impact Statement] in accordance with NEPA [the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. § 4321 et seq.] and applicable regulations.”.
