Plaintiffs Rosemary Ciotti (“Ciotti”) and The Equal Rights Center (“ERC”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have filed this action against Defendants Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc., and J.M. Hollister, LLC, d/b/a Hollister Co. (collectively, “Defendants”) under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181, et seq.
