OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Clennie Manning appeals from his convictions and sentence for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Burglary. He argues that his indictment is defective; the trial court erroneously excluded a transcript of the victim's preliminary hearing testimony; and his convictions are against the manifest weight of the evidence. We conclude that the indictment is not deficient, and the convictions are not against the manifest weight of the evidence.
