MOORE, District Judge.
On June 7, 2000, a District Court jury found Akeil Greig [“Greig”] and Richard Hodge [“Hodge”] guilty of knowingly using, carrying, and discharging a firearm in the course of crimes relating to drug trafficking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(l)(A)(iii); conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance analogue in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance analogue in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 802(32)(A)(iii), 813, and 841(a)(1) and (2).
