The plaintiffs, Avon Meadow Condominium Association, Inc., and the owners1 of condominiums in the complex known as Avon Meadows, appeal from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the *690defendant, Bank of Boston Connecticut. At trial, the plaintiffs sought to recover damages, as third party beneficiaries, for expenses incurred and losses sustained as a result of the alleged breach by the defendant’s predecessor, Colonial Bank (Colonial) of a contract between Colonial and Avon Meadow Associates (developer).2 The plaintiffs claim that the trial court improperly applied the…
