Defendant Jack Lester Chapman, who has represented himself in every stage of this case, appeals from the judgment of conviction on two counts of burglary of the first degree and from the order denying a motion for new trial. One count charged', defendant' with entering the house of Joseph Aletto located in Alameda County on December 13, 1947. The second charged him with entering the house of Theodore Silveria located in the same county, also on December 13, 1947.
