The accused was convicted of murder, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 918. lie was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for twenty-five years. The convening authority approved the findings and sentence, and the record was forwarded to a board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force for necessary appellate action.
