Cintron v. Milkovich
Utah Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
STEWART, Justice:
Plaintiff was awarded damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred in February 1976 in Mid-vale, Utah. Defendant contends on appeal that (1) contrary to the jury’s finding, she was not guilty of failing to yield the right of way, because plaintiff’s vehicle was not an “immediate hazard,” (2) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury with respect to a city ordinance involving forfeiture of right of way, and (3) the court engaged in extensive examination of witnesses and thereby impaired defendant’s right to a fair trial. We affirm.
