OPINION OF THE COURT
2Per curiam
Appellant, a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County and head of the Indictment Bureau, stands convicted of bribe receiving and receiving a reward for official misconduct. The jury found, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he had agreed to accept, and did accept, a sum of money from another in exchange for using his official position to have a pending criminal action "dismissed” before the Grand Jury.
