IRWIN, Justice.

The present litigation was occasioned by a collision between two automobiles at a Tulsa County intersection. The amended petition charges several acts of negligence on the part of the defendant. Two causes of action were joined. One for injury to plaintiff’s person; the other for damages to the automobile. Under the former, recovery was sought for present and future medical expenses as well as for pain and suffering.
