Relators filed their petition in this court, praying for the issuing of a writ of certiorari, directed to the clerk of the circuit court of Sangamon county and the judges of said court, directing them to certify to this court a transcript of the record and proceedings in a certain chancery cause, lately pending in said court, wherein the said Carl H.
