This is an appeal by the executor and others from an order entered January 15,1934, by the circuit court of Cook county dismissing their appeal to that court from an order of the probate court of Cook county. The order of the probate court from which the appeal was prayed and allowed was entered July 14, 1933. This order vacated and set aside a previous order of the same court entered March 17, 1932.
