Littleton, individually and as independent executors of the estate of Mrs. Minnie G. Starke, deceased, against McDaniel Brothers, a partnership composed of C. H. and Howard McDaniel, and C. H. and Howard McDaniel individually, and E. L. Wilson Hardware Company, a corporation, and Lumberman's Reciprocal Association, to recover damages for an injury to a brick building owned by them in the city of Beaumont, Jefferson county. E. L.
