BEFORE THE COURT are Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Class Certification (Docket Nos. 31, 79) and Defendant’s Responses (Docket Nos. 40, 91). Aso pending is Plaintiffs Motion to Facilitate Notice under 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) (Docket No. 75).
