Between September 6 and December 8, 2012, plaintiff Shannon Barnhart, along with approximately 13 other individuals, attended PFS Tax School.1 PFS Tax School, which is registered with the Oregon Department of Education, is designed to prepare students for the Oregon tax preparer examination and meet related licensing educational requirements. Plaintiff, like many of her classmates, signed a Pre-Employment Agreement (“Kl”) with defendant in order to receive a $499 tuition waiver.
