Plaintiff-Appellant Federal Treasury Enterprise Sojuzplodoimport (“FTE”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Daniels, /.) arising from litigation over ownership of the famous STOLICHNAYA vodka trademarks.
