Plaintiffs' petition is in two counts. The first seeks to quiet and determine title in plaintiffs to an undivided one-third interest in approximately one thousand acres of land and attacks the validity of two deeds to Virginia Hunter Houck — one from Joseph Hunter and wife; the other from residuary devisees of Joseph Hunter. The second count seeks the reformation of said deed from Joseph Hunter and wife if it be [692] determined that said deed was executed, acknowledged and delivered.
