OPINION
'SUTIN, Judge.
This is an appeal by plaintiff from a summary judgment granted defendants TransWorld Airlines, Inc. (TWA), Furst and Ritschel.
Plaintiff filed an amended complaint. The first claim for relief alleged that defendants Ritschel and Furst, employees of TWA, communicated orally and in writing to third parties that plaintiff was guilty of stealing beer, and ice, all of which was false; that this was done deliberately, maliciously and unlawfully with no justification ; that such communications caused plaintiff to be dismissed from his employment with defendant, TWA; that by…
