On or about February 16, 1998. Plaintiff, Maurice Williams (“Williams” or “Plaintiff’), filed this action under Title VII of the CM Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. claiming that he was terminated from his employment as a child care worker at defendant The Salvation Army Brooklyn Group Home (“Home” or “Defendant” or “Salvation Army”), retaliated against, and treated unequally because of his race and disability. {See Complaint (“Compl.”).)
