BAKER, Judge.

Appellant-respondent (Glenn Hallberg appeals the trial court's determination that his two daughters, K.H. and S.H., are children in need of services (CHINS). Specifically, Glenn contends that: (1) the Hendricks Circuit Court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to issue a protective order against him and to find that S.H. and K.H. were CHINS, (2) the Hendricks Circuit Court failed to serve him with a summons or a copy of the CHINS petition as required by IND.CODE § 81-6-7-4, (8) the Hendricks Circuit Court erred in denying his motions for a continuance, and (4) the evidence…
