Rukavina v. Sprague
Court of Appeals of Utah
1Opinion of the Court
MEMORANDUM DECISION
McHUGH, Judge:
1 1 Andy Rukavina appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for relief from judgment seeking a new trial. The motion was filed in response to the jury's special verdict finding that Thomas Sprague's negligence was not a proximate cause of Rukavina's injuries. Ru-kavina argues that the trial court erred when it denied his motion for relief from judgment made pursuant to rule 60(b)(1) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. See Utah R. Civ. P. 60(b)(1). We affirm.
