OPINION

CARL B. JONES, Vice-Chief Judge:

¶ 1 Virgil R. Limb executed a document creating the “Limb Revocable Living Trust” [the Trust] in April, 1994, designating himself as trustee. The two named beneficiaries were his children by a former marriage, Virgil E. Limb and Elva Smith.
