State v. Ryun
Missouri Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
ULRICH, Judge.
Stanley Ryun was convicted of burglary in the second degree (§ 569.170, RSMo 1986 1) and stealing (§ 570.030). Mr. Ryun was sentenced to four years incarceration for each of the two offenses as a prior offender pursuant to § 558.016, the sentences to run consecutively, for a total of eight years incarceration. Mr. Ryun appeals the convictions, and he also appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion to vacate the judgments of conviction and the sentences. The judgment of conviction is affirmed, and the judgment denying Mr. Ryun’s Rule 29.15 motion is affirmed.
