PARRISH, Judge.

This is an appeal from the denial of a motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 24.035. This court affirms.

Robert D. Jenkins (movant) was charged in the underlying criminal case with rape (§ 566.030), 1 sodomy (§ 566.060), burglary in the first degree (§ 569.160), and robbery in the second degree (§ 569.030). He was charged as a prior offender. § 558.016.2. The criminal charges originated in Lawrence County. Following a change of venue to Stone County, movant pleaded guilty to each of the offenses.
