HAROLD C. ABRAMSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
On the 15th day of April, 1992, came on for hearing a Notice of Proposed Sale filed by a creditor in this proceeding and Debtors’ Objection to the Proposed Sale. Upon determining that the matter was not properly presented to the Court, the Court gave the parties additional time to file supplemental briefs to address certain issues raised by the Court.
